It was three fifty-five and Lorrinda was groing nervouse she was meeting a boy named Mutt.Even though his name was cute he had a dangerouse look in his eyes to her.And that what she liked about him.She walked down to the river bank and put her fingertips in the water. It was very cold. But it was alot better the the Marketplace. That place should be named the Devil's Pot.That place was an oven baking a town.Lorrinda then went up and stood under a treet waiting for Mutt she looked at her watch three-fifty-nine."He will be here any minute.'She said quietly. But the place was peacefull and quiet that is what she liked about Thames River.

MUTT WILLIAMS ' You gotta problem with me? Good. [ » ] Mutt blinked a few times as he checked to see the time. Great, five minutes! He said, although being late was never an issue for Mutt he felt like he shouldn't make Lorrinda wait. He halted, he had yet to make sure his mother was alright with his leaving. At least today, he wasn't going to the bloodthirsty marketplace. Thames River, was were the attractive young girl had told him to meet her, and it only took a few minutes to reach by foot. Marion was busy sitting in one of the chairs in the living room, surronded by old paintings and multiple books on various subjects. She looked up to see her son standing there, clearly wanting something. I'm gonna go to Thames, I promise I'll be back before dark. Er, yea. She sighed, she wasn't at all strict but as Mutt had told Lorrinda, she was way more cautious these past few days. And how on earth do you plan on getting there? Marion replied, putting down a letter she was reading. Mutt didn't dare glance down at the letter, it probably didn't concert him anyways. I can walk, it's not far. He could feel his mother's doubtful eyes looking at him, but nodded and picked back up the crumbled up letter and began to read over it again. Thanks, I'll be back in a few hours or so! He said, glad his mother hadn't asked if he was meeting anyone.
[ » ] Mutt walked out of the house, glad that the long and cold winter months had come and gone. He was still adjusting to England's strange weather, he was used to living in various places but England was by far the most unique. It took him a few minutes, bit at around 3:58 P.M Mutt had managed to make it, just in time. He stopped, trying to catch sight of Lorrinda when he saw a figure leaning against a tree. As soon as his eyes focused, he noticed it was her, waiting for him. Mutt walked forward until he had reached the tree. Hey. Sorry it took so long, my mother asked where I was going.

Lorrinda smiled at him."It's alright.I knew you would come.So...how are you?"She asked politly.Even for a Greaser boy,he was very polit and charming, even with the dangerouse, and adventorus look in his eyes. And the kind of person who would do anything to get himself into some dangerous fun.To her he was just a hot, adverntuous, danger looking, polit,Greaser.

MUTT WILLIAMS ' You gotta problem with me? Good. [ » ] He gave a light shy, he didn't dare tell her that he wasn't at all alright. His father had gone missing, and he didn't even leave a trace. The university said that Dr. Henry Jones Junior suddenly stopped showing up for work, and they figured he had quit and so they hired a new professor to fill his place, as if he hadn't existed at all they made up a story, of course full of lies. It startled Mutt that Marcus Brody had told Marion he knew that he shouldn't advise Indiana to head off towards South America, but knowing Indy she knew he wouldn't listen to neither of them. Mutt was of course fearful, but he didn't dare show it. Especially in front of someone he had met the other day, he was too proud to let his life leak into his head.
[ » ] He leaned against the tree, feeling a soft breeze tumble throught the park, catching sight of the local zoo and garden. A team of flaxen chesnut Belgian horses pulled a large, elegant carriage with a laughing family in the back. The horses tugged at ther reins, Mutt was amazed by the power of the beautiful creatures. Good, what about you?

"Good. So where is this motorcycle you can't stop talking about?"She asked teasingly. She loved to tease people expesically Mutt. She looked toward the zoo of animals the horses reminded her of the one that her Uncle has a beautifull Friesain gelding name Pierra. But he was a bit of pasture buddy.Lorrinda then looked toward Mutt waiting for a reply.

MUTT WILLIAMS ' You gotta problem with me? Good. [ » ] Mutt didn't mind the teasing, he was used to that sort of talk by now. Right now my motorcycle is rusting in our garage, waiting for me to put gas in but. He said, a smirk creeping onto his face. This place was calming and gave Mutt a sense of protection here, the complete opposite of Fleur Rouge. His mother used to tell him stories of her and her father visiting the place, and her father was shot on the arm but luckily the two managed to escape and get medical attention before infection set in. Abner Ravenwood was his name, and he had suffered from a large blood loss and had to be kept in the hospital for weeks until he was approved by the doctor to be released. Abner took his daughter somewhere in Asia, a small country by the name of Nepal. She lived there a while, before returning to the United States with Indiana Jones. Mutt enjoyed hearing his mother's stories, they were filled with adventure and were thrilling to listen to. He missed those days, currently Marion hasn't been her original self and finally, Mutt understood her reasoning.
[ » ] Mutt wished he had brought some extra change for a soda, but he was in such a hurry he had forgotten to search for spare change laying around the house.

MUTT WILLIAMS ' You gotta problem with me? Good. [ » ] Mutt felt Lorrinda's hand suddenly brush up against his. He looked up, his dark brown eyes meeting her soft, kind eyes. He had to admit, she was extremely attractive and she seemed, different. Most people around here weren't as friendly as she was, he was shocked that such a girl like her was walking around Fleur Rouge yesterday but he figured she must have gotten lost. After all, she had said she had just arrived a few days ago from wherever she used to live before, Mutt had forgotten where she had said she was from. Checking his jacket pocket, Mutt felt the cold feel of some change against his finger tips. Hey, you wanna go get a milkshake or somethin'? He asked, hoping she was in the mood for one of the park's famous vanilla or chocolate milkshakes. Mutt thought they were the best tasting milkshakes in the whole world, and he had been to plenty of diners from time to time back in the United States.
[ » ] Mutt awaited her response, watching a large flock of white birds fly overhead.

She smiled at Mutt."I would lik that every much,Mutt."She said looking in his dangerous, and adventouse eyes. For some reason when she was with Mutt, she felt safe and secure, but when she was by herself she felt cold, and insecure. She sighed happly.

MUTT WILLIAMS ' You gotta problem with me? Good. [ » ] He smiled, and motioned for her to follow him. He looked up at the menu, and figured he'd order two chocolate milkshakes since that was his favorite flavor of milkshakes. Two chocolate shakes, please. He said and waited for the order of ice cold milkshakes to be done. The lady at the counter handed him the milkshakes in exchange for a few nickles and a dime or two. Luckily, Thames River wasn't at all crowed so it only took a few moments for Mutt to spot an open table the two could sit at. He sat down the two milkshakes and grabbed two straws, he removed the paper wrapping on the straws and stuck Lorrinda's straw into her shake and inched it closer to her. He took a long sip of his milkshake, it had been forever since he had a milkshake this rich and sweet. It felt going, being out of the house and away from all the drama that had unfolded back at home. He felt more pressure right now more than ever, he had quit school a few months ago and was planning on returning but since his father disappeared, his motivation was slowly starting to fade. He was looking forward to taking the archeology classes, something that always interested him.
[ » ] Mutt blinked a few times as a brain freeze slowly came and went. Ouch, brain freeze!

"Thank you."She said softly, she smiled as she looked away."Mybe I'm actually starting to charm him alot."She thought. After drinking, and hardly noticing him inching closer to her.She then giggled a bit after hearing him getting a brain freeze."Are you alright, Mutt?"She asked toward him.

MUTT WILLIAMS ' You gotta problem with me? Good. [ » ] He gave a tired sigh, stiring his drink with the straw. I'm fine, just got a lot on my mind lately, I guess. He said, and as soon as the brain freeze passed he picked up his milkshake a took a few more drinks of it before tossing the empty up into the trash bin, and luckily it made it into the bin without error. The carriage passed the river again, picking up new passengers to drive around. He glanced at Lorrinda for a moment, as she took a sip of her milkshake.
Rawr -dies- no muse.

MUTT WILLIAMS ' You gotta problem with me? Good. [ » ] Mutt froze, had all that time passed by already? Oh crap! Mom is gonna kill me! He told her he'd be home in only an hour or so and with Marion so nervous recently, Mutt didn't want to stress her more. He blinked a few times, hoping his mother wouldn't ground him for life because of it. Perhaps she is asleep, if he could manage to sneak in without waking her he could try and escape trouble. Maybe, it was a plan he hadn't thought up until the last minute. Yea, sure. He said quickly, looking up at the fading sky. Thames River didn't close until around midnight, but not many people staffed the place at such late hours so not many people came during the nighttime. The zoo was closed off, and the lake was also locked up to prevent any crazy teenagers from having any parties on the river.
[ » ] Mutt felt something in his pocket, it was rough at felt like a crumbled up piece of paper. He pulled it out to see it was one of the letters he found in a book at home, it was used as a bookmark but it had unusual lettering covering most of the front side. On the back, it had a strange signature but Mutt couldn't read what it said. He stuffed the letter back into his jacket pocket.

She walked to park with him."Well I guess,I'll see you tomorrow."She said. She looked into his eyes, and then sighed with a small smile."Kiss him, kiss him fool."Her thoughts seemed to say.But she fought them.
